Edit Profile
Overview
In the Edit Profile section, you can manage personal information and submit Know Your Customer (KYC) form to update your KYC status in the system. Fill-in the form and click Save to save your data. Your data is also saved upon the submission of a KYC request, no need to click Save in this case.
Please be aware, that any field in the form can be a read-only after the initial fill. To correct the submitted information, contact your admin.
Submitting/Changing Email Address
The system can be configured to allow passing email address in a specific custom field in a KYC form. If this is your case, you can manually submit an email address other than the one you have entered at the sign up procedure. Contact your admin for details.
KYC Form Validation
Submitted KYC forms are subject to validation by the system admin. The system admin can reject your KYC request or edit its content.
KYC Statuses

Request Submitted - status right after the form has been submitted.

We're processing your request - KYC form has been accepted by the admin.

Request Succeeded - KYC form has been approved by the admin.

Request Rejected - - KYC form has been rejected by the admin.
