Crypto Deposit

Create a Crypto Deposit transaction to deposit crypto currency to your account denominated in the crypto currency of the deposit transaction.

To Make Deposit

  1. Click Deposit.
  2. Select the deposit Crypto Currency from the list of available currencies.
  3. Select a network. There can be several networks created for the selected currency. Note: this field is not available in case just one provider is configured.
  4. Click Check Fees to learn about applicable fees.
  5. Scan the QR code or use the generated wallet address to make deposit transaction from your wallet. You can click Regenerate address to generate a new address.
NOTE
Please note that deposits are unavailable for currency with the type Custom.
TIP
In Transfers history, in Transaction ID, you can find a link to the transaction on the network scan website.

Crypto Deposit Flow

The deposit transaction appears in the history of transfers when it is created in the external wallet. It acquires the Processing status when it gets the first blockchain confirmation. You can track all the coming confirmations in real-time. The transaction is completed when it receives all the required confirmations. Contact your admin for details. Successfully completed transaction disappears from the dashboard and you can view it in the Transactions Report.
To view transaction details, click an arrow in the transaction row. You will be able to see Address, Transaction ID, and the selected Network of the transaction.
Click the External Link icon next to the Transaction Id field to navigate to the external resource to track the blockchain execution.
TIP
Note, that in case of a Deposit transaction, your account balance gets updated only after the deposit transaction is successfully completed. You cannot see the deposit transaction in the Transactions Report until then. On the other hand, in case of a Withdrawal transaction, your account gets debited at the moment you submit the transaction. You can see the withdrawal transaction in the Transactions Report right away.

Any transaction can be manually approved/rejected by the admin. In this case, the transaction has Transfer Status Pending until confirmed by the Operator. Transaction under processing by the blockchain cannot be reversed or changed. Contact your admin in case your transaction has been rejected.

Fees and Limits

The system may have fees configured for deposit transactions.
  1. Select currency and expand Check Fees.
  2. Enter To Send or To Receive amount.
  3. Check applicable fees under Fee.
The system is set to allow processing a specific volume of deposits without a confirmation. All above this limit requires a manual confirmation from the administrator.

  1. Click i next to the Available for Deposit amount to check deposit limits. Contact your admin in case of any questions.

Regenerate Deposit Address

A unique deposit address is created when you make a deposit for the first time. Then, you can use this deposit address for all the following transactions or create a new one. Click Regenerate Deposit Address icon next to the deposit address bar to generate a new deposit address.
TIP
This option may be disabled. Please contact your admin for details.

Request Deposit Status Update

In case your crypto deposit is not in the system for any reason or its status is unknown, you can use this functionality to manually make a request to discover your deposit and its status.
NOTE
This feature can be disabled. Contact your admin to enable, if needed.
To Find a Missing Deposit
  1. In the Transfers section, click Find the Missing Deposit to invoke this window:
  2. Enter the transaction id (from blockchain) and a currency of the corresponding account in DTS.
  3. Click Create to make a request to blockchain.
