Closed Orders

Overview

The Closed Orders side panel displays all closed orders starting from the most recent ones. You can also manage the report columns in the Preferences section if this feature is enabled for your user. Closed orders may disappear when the trading session is over - contact your admin for configuration details.

Export

  1. Click a CSV icon to invoke Export Closed Orders to CSV form.
  2. Use Time Picker to set the time range.
  3. Click Export. Note: when exporting orders for an extended time interval, it may take a few moments.
Other actions
  • Order details: double-click any closed order to display its details in the pop-up window.
  • Refresh: click Refresh button to display the current data in the report.

Status
Order statuses
StatusDescription
CompletelyFilled
Order completely filled, no remaining quantity.
PartiallyFilled
Outstanding order with executions and remaining quantity.
Rejected
Order has been rejected by sell-side (broker, exchange, ECN). Order can be rejected subsequent to order acknowledgment, i.e. an order can pass from New to Rejected status.
Canceled
Canceled order with or without executions.
Expired
Order has been canceled due to time in force instructions.
Replaced
Order Replace Request has been applied to order.
Suspended
The order is not eligible for trading. This usually happens as a result of a verbal or otherwise out of band request to suspend the order, or because the order was submitted, or modified via a Cancel/Replace Request, with ExecInst=Suspended.
NewOutstanding order with no executions.
PendingNew
Order has been received by sell-side's (broker, exchange, ECN) system but not yet accepted for execution. An execution message with this status will only be sent in response to a Status Request message.
PendingReplace
Order with an Order Cancel/Replace Request pending, used to confirm receipt of an Order Cancel/Replace Request.
PendingCancel
Order with an Order Cancel Request pending, used to confirm receipt of an Order Cancel Request.
Quantity
Order size. Order size gets populated as the order gets executed. Full in case completely filled. Partial in case the order has been cancelled or rejected
PriceOrder placement limit/stop price.
Average Price
Order execution average price. Gets populated as the order is executed.
Receipt TimeThe order open timestamp.
Close TimeThe timestamp when the order has been closed.
Time In Force
The order time in force instructions.
DestinationOrder target algo or exchange.
Expire TimeThe order expiration timestamp.
Cumulative Quantity
Order executions cumulative quantity at the moment of time.
Remaining Quantity
Order remaining quantity to be executed at the moment of time.
Currency
The currency the order size is denominated in.
Settlement DateThe order settlement date.
Counterparty CodeThe counter party identifier, if applicable.
Account CodeThe third party account id.
Last TimestampThe last execution timestamp.
Last Trade PriceThe ultimate execution price.
Trader NameThe name of the trader.

Supported settlement types. Available with RFQ orders only.
