Reset Password

The application can be configured to demand a password reset at the first login after the registration.

Contact your admin for more information.

TIP

User's password can be also reset in User Profile.

At Sign In click Reset Password.
Enter your email address that you may have submitted at the registration or in the User Profile KYC form.

CAUTION
It is not possible to recover access to CWUI without a confirmed email address.
Follow the link in the confirmation email.
Reset the password in the Password Reset form and click Set New Password to save and submit.
